[4] The beta-carotene, lycopene and the citrulline which is in the watermelon will help you relax your blood vessels. On top of that, when you eat watermelon you will be providing your body with a natural enhancement that you can use to rev up your sex drive. Sesame seeds

Like oysters which are rich in zinc, sesame seeds are also one of the best foods to improve libido. The zinc will help to improve the production of testosterone and sperm in men. You can also find zinc in some breakfast cereals such as Kellogg’s All-Bran Complete and wheat flakes.

When looking at foods to improve libido, you should try as many of these as possible and avoid the ones that will destroy your desire. Examples include alcohol, fatty foods, and steak among others.
