I loved this program and the results I got! Because of this program, I learned to eat healthily on a regular basis. Previously, I was worried that healthy eating would be bland and I would get bored, but this turned out not to be the case. My palate adjusted to the new flavors and I ended up craving junk food less and less as time went on.
In addition to providing useful life tools, I had plenty of ideas for my daily meals. Afterwards, I ended up being creative and modifying some of the recipes for even more variety in my diet.
I really liked the Emergency Fat Loss Bonus Guide. I thought the sample diet was straightforward and the amazing tips helped me follow it through with ease. It was a bit tough at first having to limit all sugar including fruit, but after two days, I got used to it and did not even miss my mid-afternoon sugar ritual.
