This Miracle Mindset Academy is available in 12 or 19-week variations, depending on personal choice, and is made up of four primary phases:
- Evaluate your mindset
- Train your mindset
- Apply your mindset
- Master your mindset
Phase 1 Goal Inventory
This phase is an important step in the journey to self-discovery and provides the tools to setting goals which are vital to transforming your mindset and building strength and resilience. You have to complete a worksheet that helps you qualify your goals regarding health, wealth, avocation and relationships. These are what are called “Big Picture Goals” that represent your dreams and aspirations for each major cornerstone of your life.
The use of a Progress Tracker keeps you on course for your mindset revolution. It basically allows you to rate each aspect of your life on a scale of one to ten and keeps track and you progress through the course.
This video and guide provides you with practical tools in order to interrupt negative thinking patterns and promote a strong and positive mindset. These tools include tapping, music, laughter and breathing exercises which serve to shift your mental outlook. When you are feeling out of control, these tools will help you regain your mental composure and recover a productive, supportive mindset. It’s almost like a “panic reset button”
Tapping & Touch Technology
Tapping stems from the ancient Chinese tradition of acupressure and utilizes the body’s energy meridian points to apply pressure and release the negative feeling and literally tap into the body’s healing power. It is referred to in this series as an Emotional Freedom Technique and can easily be incorporated into everyday life.

This video, hosted by Jennifer McLean, affords the tools to build resilience with her Spontaneous Transformation Technique. With resilience, it is possible to endure challenges and set-backs without it altering who you are as a person, or affecting your mindset negatively. All set backs will result in temporary dismay but by using the tools laid out in this video, it will not affect your long-term mindset.
