My Shepherd’s Diet Review
Believe it or not, a lot of people don’t know what foods to eat to lose weight, because they’ve simply never been told.
I get diet-related questions like these every day:
- Are Tomatoes Okay?
- What about the report I saw that Bannannas are actually BAD for you?
- Is it okay to eat bread if i’m trying to lose weight?
- What about Chicken? Fisk? Pork? Can I still eat steak?
- Will cutting out rice from my diet help me lose weight?
You get the idea! LOL
While I certainly don’t mind helping people, I was actually quite relieved when I finally got my hands on The Shephard’s Diet, and saw just how SIMPLE it is to follow, and follow through on.
As easy as it sounds, the Shepherd’s Diet takes away the mystery of what to eat (and what not to eat) with it’s simple to follow diet plan.
NO – it’s not a magic bullet, and you’re not going to ‘melt away your fat’ in just 15 days.
BUT if you stick with it, like with any diet plan or fitness routing, you will see results.
